We believe that a beautiful smile can transform your life, which is why we're offering your initial orthodontic exam for free. This consultation is a great opportunity to meet with Dr. Montano or Dr. Wright without any pressure, learn about all of your options, and decide if you're ready for treatment. During the consultation, we'll take photos and digital scans of your teeth to assess your needs. We'll also ensure that we communicate clearly and understand your goals and desires.

Your initial exam with us is a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation, complete with diagnostic records. It’s also a great way to see our team in action, meet with our doctors one-to-one and find out about all the amazing orthodontic options available to choose from. Here’s a quick video overview.
Cost of Braces and Invisalign®
At Montano Elevated Ortho, we won’t allow finances to keep you from a gorgeous smile. Two of the most common questions we hear are, “How much do braces cost?” and “How much does Invisalign® cost?” While total treatment cost depends on each patient’s needs, our flexible payment plans are designed to make treatment affordable and to work within your budget. We offer in-house financing at 0% interest, and monthly payments as low as $189. We also offer third-party financing through our partner, Lending Club. Extended payment plans start at $99/month with no down payment.
Unlike most orthodontic offices, we offer Invisalign® at the same price as braces! We believe you should be able to choose the treatment option you prefer, without cost affecting your decision. As one of the top 1% Invisalign providers in the United States, you can rest assured that no matter the treatment option you choose, you will be happy with the results.
The total cost of treatment depends on the complexity of the problem and treatment time, and each case will vary accordingly. At your free consultation, our treatment coordinator will work out a plan without hidden fees and that is tailored to your individual needs.
For your convenience, every patient is given online account access—where you can view your financial summary, keep track of treatment progress, and even see your ‘before & after’ photos.
